The Compensation Plan shown below is a detailed presentation of how you can earn income as a Glocal Income Partner.

All income figures are represented in U.S. Dollars ($).


Affiliate Partner (AP) Income

ClubShop Rewards Card Sales

As an Affiliate Partner you are able to purchase ClubShop Rewards Cards at wholesale and sell the cards at retail. Go to the ClubShop Business Center to order cards.

Referral Commissions

You may be able to earn Referral Commissions on your personal purchases and on the purchases made by your personally referred ClubShop Rewards Members. To determine the amount of the commissions payable, refer to the Merchant Listings at www.clubshop.com

  • Referral Commissions on your personal purchases are included in your ClubCash
  • 1/3 of any ClubCash percentages shown are paid as Referral Commissions on purchases made by any personally referred ClubShop Reward Members
Income Report

Refer to your Income Report at your Affiliate Partner Business Center to view your earnings.


Associate Marketing Partner (AMP) Income

In addition to the income types shown above, as an Associate Marketing Partner you are also entitled to sponsor ClubShop Rewards Merchants (MAs) and Affinity Groups (AGs), and Glocal Income APs and earn income from their purchases and from the purchases made by ClubShop Reward Members they may refer.

ClubShop Rewards Merchants Commissions

Should a Merchant you refer, decide to purchase an upgrade Marketing Package, you will be entitled to earn a commission based on which package they select. Refer to the Local Marketing Training Course at your AMP Business Center to view your potential commissions.

If you refer a Merchant that elects to track purchases, you are also entitled to earn 5% of the monthly Merchant Referral Fee as a commission and 5% of the Merchant Referral Fee in Pay Points.

Personal Pay Point Income

Pay Points are credits you can earn based on a percentage of the purchases made by the ClubShop Reward Members and Glocal Income Affiliate Partners within your organization. They are accumulated each month to help determine your Pay Point entitlements. As an AMP you can earn Personal Pay Points on:
  • Your personal purchases
  • The purchases made by any ClubShop Rewards Members you have referred or GI Affiliate Partners you have sponsored, if the purchases are made online at the ClubShop Mall or offline with a Merchant that tracks sales
  • The purchases made by an Affinity Group and the Clubshop Rewards Members they have referred, if the purchases are for ClubShop Rewards Cards, or made online at the ClubShop Mall or offline with a Merchant that tracks sales
  • The purchases made by a Merchant and the Clubshop Rewards Members they have referred, if the purchases are for ClubShop Rewards Cards, or made online at the ClubShop Mall or offline with a Merchant that tracks sales

Upon gaining 25 Personal Pay Points in a month, you are also able to qualify to earn VIP Income. Note: The best and easiest way to gain 25 Personal Pay Points and qualify as a VIP each month is by subscribing to the Glocal Income Business Building System (GIBBS). As a GIBBS subscriber you will have all of the tools, training and support needed to succeed,


Vested Income Partner (VIP) Income

In addition to the income types shown above, as a VIP you are also entitled to sponsor AMPs and VIPs and earn Organizational Pay Point Income from an entire organization of Glocal Income Partners and ClubShop Reward Members. To see a basic (slide show) presentation, CLICK HERE.

Pay Points earned on VIP GIBBS subscriptions will vary by country. Future Monthly Fees may be subject to slight changes, based on any devaluation of your local currency to the U.S. Dollar. Should a fee need to be increased, so will the resulting Pay Points. Should a currency increase in value to the U.S. Dollar, the fees will remain the same, but the Pay Points will increase accordingly. Organizational Pay Points - This equals the total amount of Pay Points from the purchases and subscriptions made by you and all the Glocal Income Partners and ClubShop Reward Members in your entire organization.

"Minimum Commission Guarantee" - Once you have at least two "frontline" (personally sponsored) VIPs, you are entitled to start earning a Monthly Organizational Income AND you are guaranteed enough in commissions to have your next monthly GIBBS subscription fee be automatically deducted from your earnings. This benefit will continue as long as you have at least two "frontline" (personally sponsored) VIPs. "Get two and your fees are through!"

HOW YOUR MONTHLY VIP ORGANIZATIONAL INCOME IS CALCULATED

Glocal Income automatically calculates your Monthly Income for you, which is shown each month at your VIP Income Report. The information provided below explains how your Monthly Income is calculated.

To determine your entitlement compare your total, monthly Organizational Pay Points to the table below. Note that the higher your Organizational Pay Points are, the higher the Pay Percentage is. Multiply your Personal Pay Points by the applicable Pay Percentage.

There are 3 steps to calculate VIP Organizational Income:

    1. Compare your Organizational Pay Points to your Side Volume or Frontline VIPs. The Pay Percentage that you will be eligible for, is based on the lesser of these two items. For example, if your Pay Points are 600 and your Side Volume is 150, your Pay Percentage would be 42%, as the Side Volume requirement is the lesser of these two items. In order to maximize your entitlement, you want both items to be shown in the same column to the right.

    Note: Should the Pay Percentage for a VIP line be a higher percentage than you qualify for, then your percentage for that line will be the same higher percentage. Other Side Volume will be paid at the percentage you have qualified for.

    2. Multiply your Organizational Pay Points by the percentage determined in step 1. This equals the total potential Organizational Pay Point income for you and the VIPs in your organization.

    For example, if you have a total of 500 Organizational Pay Points (with 150 Side Volume), of which 450 are Downline Pay Points, the Potential Organizational Commissions would be 42% of 450 Pay Points, or $189.00.

    3. Subtract the Pay Point commissions that are paid to the VIPs in your organization, from the Potential Organizational Commissions. The balance equals the amount of override commissions that you are able to earn.

    Using the same example as shown above, with the VIPs in your organization earning $35.00 of your Potential Organizational Commissions, your Claimable Override Commissions would equal $154.00.

    $189.00 in Potential Organizational Commissions less VIP payouts of $35.00 = $154.00 in Organizational Income.


Executive Director Compensation

Executive Director "Side Volume" Requirements
  • If a VIP Member has one line of sponsorship with at least 6,000 Pay Points, they will need to have a minimum 2,000 "Side Volume" Pay Points to be able to be recognized as a 1 Star Executive Director and be eligible to earn Executive Director Bonuses. If this VIP has less than 2,000 Side Volume, they will be qualified as a Diamond Director or less, depending on their Side Volume or PRV count.

  • If a VIP Member has two or more lines of sponsorship with at least 6,000 Pay Points each, no other "Side Volume" requirements need to be met to qualify as an Executive Director.
Executive Director Leadership Bonus
  • In order to encourage Executive Directors to "lead by example"and continue to support and train their VIPs, a 5% Leadership Bonus will be paid on an Executive Director's Organizational Pay Points for any month in which a promotion has occurred or when Pay Point volume has been maintained or increased from the previous month.

Vested Income Program - Executive Director Bonuses

Each line of sponsorship under an Executive Director that has an Executive Director in it counts as a "Star" for the purposes of Executive Director Bonus qualification. In addition, if a line of sponsorship under an Executive Director has 2+ Executive Directors in different lines, under a VIP that is not an Executive Director, the "Star" credit for each of these Executive Directors will "roll up" to the first upline Executive Director.

2 Star and higher Executive Directors may be eligible to also earn a percentage of all of the other Executive Directors Organizational Pay Points in their organization, down to an Executive Director that is of the same pay level or higher, up to a 6 Star Executive Director.

To calculate the Level 2+ Bonus, any other Level 2+ Bonus paid to a downline Executive Director must be subtracted.

  • If a 2 Star has a 2 Star in their downline, then their Level 2+ Bonus would stop at the Level 2 of the 2 Star (2.0% - 2.0% = 0). The same rule applies for each pay level.

  • If a 3 Star has a 2 Star in their downline, then their Level 2+ Bonus would be 2.0% of the Executive Directors' Organizational Pay Points from the 2 Star's Level 2+. (4.0% - 2.0% = 2.0%). The same rule applies for each pay level. For example, if a 4 Star has a 2 Star in their downline, then their Level 2+ Bonus would be 4.0% of the Executive Directors' Organizational Pay Points from the 2 Star's Level 2+. (6.0% - 2.0% = 4.0%).

  • If a 6 Star or higher has a 6 Star or higher in their downline, then their Level 2+ Bonus would stop at the Level 2 of the 6+ Star (10.0% - 10.0% = 0).
